Jheferson Saldaña Valera, known as JheffAu is an artist and medicine man born in the city of Pucallpa, Peru. He is the founder of the assocication ONANYATI, meaning wisdom of the ancients in Shipibo Indian dialect. As a self-taught artist, his neo-Amazonian style visionary painting was a result of the visions induced by master plants. He paints to show the invisible world, to sensitize humanity in the importance of mother nature, to revalue the ancestral knowledge and to heal people through colors.
